🚨 WE’RE HIRING: COMMISSION-BASED SALES REPRESENTATIVE 🚨
Horner’s Home Services & Hauling is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, ambitious person to join our team in a flexible phone- and computer-based sales role.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to earn based on performance, build valuable sales experience, and grow with a local company. There is no traditional 9–5 schedule, and your success will depend on your ability to create opportunities, connect with customers, and close jobs.
💰 EARNING POTENTIAL
You’ll earn 7% commission on every job you personally sell and secure, with a maximum commission of $250 per job.
Examples:
• $1,000 job = $70 commission
• $2,000 job = $140 commission
• $4,000+ job = $250 maximum commission
Commission is paid after the customer pays.
The more opportunities you create and the more jobs you close, the more you can earn. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by results and wants the flexibility to work from a phone and computer while building a strong sales track record.
📲 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Monitor and respond to incoming leads
• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Follow up consistently with leads and past customers
• Gather job details and communicate with customers
• Build relationships with residential and commercial clients
• Present our services and help customers choose the right solution
• Follow leads through to successfully selling and securing the job
This is not a passive position where you simply wait for the phone to ring. You’ll have the opportunity to generate business, develop relationships, and directly influence your income.

Customers may reach out during evenings and weekends, so flexibility and timely communication are important. This role offers freedom and flexibility, but it also requires accountability, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
