Is it going to be a Rough 2025?!? Our Facebook was hacked a few months ago. The hacker accessed our business card and charged $1200 to our account. Our bank refunded the charges but Facebook has not responded to us in regards to clearing the account balance.
There are two local cleaning companies using our company portraits and video footage in their ads (I believe they are run by the same person). I confronted the owner and they responded “if you put something on the internet and don’t file a copyright on it, it’s public domain. We’re leaving them up. Don’t bother me again unless you want to take this to court. If you slander our name, expect to hear from our attorney.” They then blocked me. Facebook has not responded to our complaints about this either. If you see these local cleaning companies posting ads, ask them to send the cleaner shown in the photo. They wont be able to, because they are actually on our team and dont work for them at all. Why is there so much desperation in the world today? And why is Facebook so unresponsive to small businesses? Does anyone have any advice?

Happy new year everyone!

We apologize that we don’t post very often. We are just very busy. We’re currently operating with a staff of 22+ cleaners, and fully booked with a waitlist in most zip codes. We do have a lot of exciting updates and announcements coming in the next few months. Our New Year’s resolution is to post more and share our happy experiences with the community. Happy 2025!

We got a call this morning from a very distressed woman from Orchard Park. She was very shaken up and concerned about something, and said she called us because “local police aren’t doing anything”

Turns out she was trying to reach The NY state troopers, and accidentally called Tidy Troopers. 😂

We both had a laugh and I found her the number she was looking for.

She called back an hour later and apologized, and actually ended up booking a cleaning for her daughter that just had a baby.

Life is so funny, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
