Hello friends, if you see or smell burning coming from your dryer, stop it immediately. Thank God this fire didn't get out of hand. The client called to come clean it and their home is now safe. Don't wait too long to have your dryer clean. It's recommended to be clean annually. Be safe out there.

Hello friends, ok, I will have to tell you that this one scared me a little bit. The homeowner said that her dryer was not drying at all. When I got on top of roof to check the exit vent, I noticed there was no air flow whatsoever (100% clogged). I put my hand inside the exit vent and found a nest, but that's not all. I then went to check the other end and found the transition hose 100% clogged as well. This dryer could have definitely caused a fire. Glad we were able to save another family.
