Self-Employed Helper/Maid Services:
Offering dependable and efficient assistance with household chores, seasonal organization, and small pet care. Available at $20 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per booking. For locations beyond 25 miles, a travel fee of $1.00 per additional mile applies.
Common Duties:
• General cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
• Kitchen cleaning (dishwashing, appliance wipe-down, countertop sanitizing)
• Bathroom cleaning (scrubbing, sanitizing, restocking)
• Laundry services (washing, folding, ironing)
• Bed making and linen changes
• Seasonal storage and organization (closet rotation, decor setup)
• Pet care (pet bathing $25 each, feeding, light grooming)
• Trash removal and recycling (excluding large items)
Client Equipment Responsibilities
To ensure effective and personalized service, clients are asked to provide the following equipment and supplies:
Large Cleaning Equipment:
• Heavy-duty vacuum cleaner
• Carpet cleaner (if needed)
• Industrial floor cleaner (if needed)
Cleaning Supplies: (To accommodate household preferences and any allergy considerations)
• All-purpose cleaner
• Glass cleaner
• Floor cleaner specific to flooring type (wood, tile, etc.)
• Bathroom cleaner
• Kitchen-specific cleaners (for countertops, appliances, etc.)
• Laundry detergent, fabric softener, and stain removers
• Trash bags and recycling bags
• Toilet bowl cleaner and brush
• Disinfecting wipes or spray (if preferred)
Additional Supplies:
• Paper towels
• Microfiber cloths or cleaning rags
• Mop and bucket
• Duster or dusting cloths
Liability and Cancellation Policy
Liability: The service provider is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to household items or surfaces. Clients are expected to disclose any fragile, valuable, or delicate items to prevent accidental damage. The service provider is also not liable for allergic reactions to provided cleaning products, so please ensure appropriate supplies are available for the service.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $30 cancellation fee. This fee compensates for the time and scheduling adjustments required.
