I've been using these for a long time in my own shower after cleaning hundreds of showers and bathtubs.
One thing I've realized about cleaning is that the "stuff" in your house can make cleaning easier or harder and this is a super easy way to reduce the scrubbing you'll have to do in your shower.
1. Less visual noise and clutter.
As an overstimulated mom this helps me so much to keep a clear head. Visual noise is just information fighting for attention in your brain. The labels and colors and logos, do away with it all and get simple refillables with the only info you need. Shampoo. Conditioner. Bodywash. Less clutter, less noise, just clean and simple.
2. Moldy bottle rings.
Gross. I hate mold and it accumulates secretly under your soap bottles and eventually stains your bathtub so it will never look clean even if you've scrubbed it. Mounting your bottles means they don't touch the ledges of your tub and there's nowhere for mold to grow.
3. Bar soap scum.
Let's all be adults and use bodywash. After using a scraper to remove caked on bar soap from a bathtub I think I swore off bar soap then and there. Bar soap is melty and creates a ton of build-up. Making the switch will save you lots of cleaning down the road.
Pro tip: Mount them on the back wall of your shower furthest from the showerhead for best access and less hard water build-up if your home has hard water.
