Many hands make light work ❤️
Okay. If you've been outside today, you may have noticed:
💨 The wind is aggressive
🪥 Your teeth feel dusty
🚿 You might need a shower again
Even the flags around town are stretched out like they're trying to leave. 🚩
And while the wind is out here being dramatic (again), it's also blowing leaves, dirt and other debris everywhere, including into storm drains. While it may not seem like a problem now...there is a chance of rain and thunderstorms Sunday and Monday. If the storm drain is clogged, it can quickly lead to standing water and roadway ponds.
So before the weather changes its personality again, take a couple minutes Friday or Saturday to check the storm drain near your home and clear away debris.
A little cleaning now can help keep water flowing where it belongs later.
