True story. Just finished up treating a clients’ house in Bristow and hopped in my truck. A neighbor pulled up and asked if I could talk for a second. She said she had another pest control company servicing her house and she was very unhappy with them. She said they show up unannounced, walk around the house for 5 minutes and then bill her. She said they had been doing this for years. She’s tried to cancel multiple times but she never gets through to anyone on the phone and they continue billing her and she continues paying.

She wanted to sign up with us but didn’t want to pay two companies. Bottom line is I asked her to get me the other company’s info, including her account #. So on my hour long drive home I called the other company, waited on hold for 47 minutes, and canceled her account. She’s now our client.
