We are seeking a Professional Independent Contractor for seasonal Airbnb turnovers in the [Cape May/Wildwood/Ocean City] area.
Supplies & Equipment: Candidate must provide all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths, etc.). We will provide the ‘starter kit’ items for guests (toilet paper, coffee pods, trash liners), but all cleaning chemicals and tools are the responsibility of the contractor. Perform full-home “turnover” cleans within a strict window (e.g., 11 AM – 3 PM). Most likely more than 1
Restock essentials like toiletries, coffee, and paper products.
“Second Set of Eyes”: Report any property damage or maintenance issues immediately with photos.
Staging the home according to a reference photo guide (e.g., pillow placement, towel folds).
Requirements: Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Comfortable using apps (like Turno or WhatsApp) to send completion photos.
Prior experience in hospitality or high-turnover rentals is preferred.Must be comfortable receiving a 1099-NEC at year-end. Paying $25.00 per hour.

Experience cleaning homes or hotels is a huge plus. 4. Willingness and readiness to work with others. 6. Able to lift 15 to 20 pounds. 7. An eye for details is very important.
