Pool & Spa Technician Wanted – Experienced Only
All About Pools & Spas – Springfield / Branson Area
We’re looking to add an experienced Pool & Spa Technician to our growing team at All About Pools & Spas. This is a hands-on position for someone who already knows their way around pools and hot tubs and takes pride in doing clean, reliable work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Pool openings & closings
Diagnosing and repairing equipment (pumps, heaters, plumbing, etc.)
Filter cleanings (sand, DE, cartridge)
Hot tub service & troubleshooting
Maintaining water chemistry
Communicating clearly with management and documenting work
🔧 Requirements:
Prior experience in pool/spa service (not entry level)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Professional attitude and attention to detail
