💜 Calling all local business owners! Let’s use what we have to make a difference.💜

Today, we had the privilege of donating supplies to our local domestic violence shelter via a supply drive hosted by Leftovers for Locals, and it reminded us how much of an impact we can make when we come together as a community. 🫶🏼

As business owners, we spend so much time building our businesses, serving our customers, and working toward our goals. But what if we also used our businesses to help build up the people in our community who need it most? 💜

✨ Challenge to our fellow business owners: Find a local organization, shelter, or family in need and ask how you can help. Whether it's donating supplies, offering your services, organizing a fundraiser, or simply spreading the word, every contribution matters.

You don't have to be a big company to make a big difference. You just have to be willing to show up. 💜

Let's make giving back part of doing business. Imagine the impact we could have if more local businesses stepped up together! 🫶🏼

Who's ready to join us in giving back? Tag a local business that you think would love to get involved!👇🏼💜

A couple business updates-
1- the major holidays (thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas day) will be double cleaning fees. We give our cleaners those days off and our family covers those cleans and this extra income is to offset our missed family holidays. We currently only have one clean on Christmas Day so I’ve messaged that owner privately but I wanted to make others aware as we get holiday bookings.
2-while I am aware that guests make messes while they are on vacation, this year we have seen a large increase in destroyed homes. For most of these cleans, I have ate the cost and paid my cleaners more to cover their extra time. Starting now, we will be charging accordingly.
3- deep clean season and holiday decorating is here! Please reach out if you’d like a bid for those extra items. Before the holidays is a great time for a deep clean and appliance deep clean in preparation for all the holiday cooking. We close deep cleaning bookings in a couple weeks but we will have deep cleans available starting back up in January.
4- as we get back into busy season, we appreciate your patience with our scheduling. I schedule according to check ins so those guests arrive to a clean space. Then I will schedule the non turnover cleans. My goal is always to have the home cleaned within 48 hours with many of our homes cleaned same day. We do have a small team but clean 23 homes so I work hard to ensure everyone gets cleaned asap! That said, if you happen to get a lot of last minute bookings, please have a back up plan if we can’t get to your clean (this is a last resort option and I hate doing this).
5- we will be increasing our prices for several of our clients. As I started out, I was cleaning everything with little overhead and no staffing. Now, we have a team including management fees and increased product pricing/ gas pricing. I will privately message each owner with their increased pricing and timeline for that (if applicable).

We appreciate each of you and your guests and look forward to getting back to being busy with fall break this week and the beginning of Christmas in a couple weeks! Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks Bri

I know it’s 90 degrees today, but it’s time to start thinking about the holidays! We offer holiday decorating services for a limited number of clients. Our average pricing for a tree, garland or other decor set up and tear down is $150 per home. We do make deals for smaller homes and for clients with several homes! We have 8 homes added onto our schedule today so I thought I’d put it out there for our other clients right away! Don’t wait to get on our schedule! 712-790-6310 Bri

We have a small team because we value a wonderful guest experience and high level of cleanliness so we keep our homes small, both in size and in the amount of homes we service. Here is an updated service area for those interested in reaching out for our Airbnb cleaning services.
