Let's talk about trap training 🤗

Let's face it. Cats are suspicious of, well, just about everything 😆 Trap training introduces cats to traps before we actually have them go off. Caretakers may leave them closed and put them by the food as a first step and then zip-tie the trap open and put the food in the trap as the second step. This will help suspicious cats get comfortable with the traps and making the time when you do need to trap a lot easier 🫡

More cake pops for the Friends & Ferals ! Check back in for new flavors 🙂 Everyone on their team has been doing so much great work in the community. It’s such a heart wrenching situation constantly because the these kitties are on their own otherwise. They don’t understand why they are suffering or where their food supply went.
I hear people say: “Not my cat” and maybe that’s true in their mind, but if living creatures are relying on you, they are your responsibility. You cannot just leave. You cannot just drop them off somewhere. Arrangements need to be made for relocation or assistance otherwise. Please ask for help if you need it!! There are so many kind and understanding people
I know…It’s not about fair or not. It should be ; all we can do is work towards fairness and patience. We can be vigilant to what happens around us, our families, our communities, and our country 🇺🇸
