This is a primary bath that I worked on last year. This space required a LOT of math 🤓
One of the highlights was working closely with the tile installer. He speaks Italian. I speak English. We spent many meetings communicating with drawings and gestures, and on occasion, his daughter interpreting.
I was unable to take photos of the completed project, so please pardon the quality of these photos.

This building was meant for scalloped striped awnings, topiaries, and fresh flowers. From custom door hardware from Bali to purchasing a salvaged door from Elvis (his name was really Elvis), so much thought and care went into the exterior of Le Juice. We lost a bit of the original copper detail, but we aimed to bring focus back to the original character of this historic building. What was once a pharmacy, this building continues to offer medicine to the community in the form of healthy juice & fresh fare.

Recently I have been reminiscing about the Tell Me I’m Pretty project: a collab between & myself where we styled, designed and photographed vintage-inspired scenes of our “lampshade lady.”

Step back into time… it’s the age of Aquarius and you’ve just hit the slopes. You’re relaxing by the fireplace next to a self service tap wall. This 165 year old grain mill was converted into a multi restaurant dining experience that’s paying homage to retro ski lodges and arcades.
Scroll through to see the original concrete grain weighing platform that now sits under this cozy sofa and cowhide rug.
Why is it called Railyard? There’s an active railroad that runs alongside it where grain would be transported.
In the back of space is a rail-style 21 ft bench for dining and a billiards room. Out in front during the warmer months, there’s food truck-style dining using shipping containers!

2 years ago nearly to the exact day, I made a vision board that included a photo of Architectural Digest. 6 months later the ITALIA MOD project wrapped and I kept thinking about that vision board. A few months went by and AD reached out to me 🥹 Talk about manifestation!!
Fast forward one year later to January 2026 when the AD issue went to print with MOZ Interiors on the pages. I’m still pinching myself. Dreams do come true ✨
I’m about to make a new vision board &
I can’t wait to see what else life has in store for me 🫶🏻
