Residential, Business and New Construction Cleaning Services I found myself in this very position and knew I had to make a change.

No mom, wife or person ever wants to feel like they have to choose between their career/job and caring for their sick child or family member. I needed something that would allow me to have the flexibility I needed to care for my son but also knew i needed to make an income for my family. So after lots of thought, prayers and support from my family and friends - I decided to start a cleaning business. Just before launching the new business a very good friend and I were at a trade show as we walked by the Norwex booth she says "Norwex products are AMAZING - you should use them in my new business." In April of 2014 I began my cleaning and Norwex consultant businesses. I cleaned homes, businesses and anything I could get my hands on to begin with. After about two years I started having friends and family come to me and ask if I am hiring - I never imagined having employees, it was just nothing I had even thought of. I hired my first two employees and fast forward 7 years I have 9 wonderful employees and we clean approximately 260 houses a month. We have absolutely the best customers in the world - without our amazing customers and employees the business would not be such a success so THANK YOU!!

We’re hiring: Client Growth & Support Coordinator

Keely’s Cleaning Crew has been cleaning homes and businesses in Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln since 2014. We get 70+ inquiries a month, and that number keeps growing. We need someone in the office to help turn those conversations into long-term clients.

This isn’t cold calling or high-pressure sales. Every lead is someone who reached out to us first. Your job is to listen, help them find the right service, and follow up after their first clean to make sure they’re happy.

What you’ll do:

Answer calls and online inquiries, and book cleanings
Follow up on quotes
Check in with new clients after their first clean
Do in-home bids (you’ll need a reliable vehicle)

Who we’re looking for:

At least 1 year of office, sales, or customer service experience
Warm and confident on the phone
Organized, dependable, and good at following through

Pay & benefits:
$21–$22.50 plus bonuses
Paid vacation, 7+ holidays off, Aflac, and a SIMPLE IRA
Full-time, Monday through Friday. No nights or weekends.

“The sh*tter’s full.” 😂

Not exactly what you want to hear from your flight captain halfway home after spending 19 hours in airports.

A cancelled flight, three flight changes, more delays than I can count, crazy Texas weather… and now a broken bathroom. 😂 If all goes well, I’ll finally make it home around 1:00 a.m.!

But even with the travel chaos, it was absolutely worth it.

I spent the week in Austin for CleanCon, sharing an Airbnb with about 18 other cleaning business owners. And while the conference was full of great information, some of the best parts of the week happened back at the house—talking business, sharing ideas, laughing, learning from each other, and just being together.

Being a business owner can be lonely sometimes. Having a tribe of people who truly get it—people you can call, learn from, bounce ideas off of, celebrate wins with, and lean on when things are hard—is pretty special.

I’m heading home exhausted, grateful, and reminded just how lucky I am to have these people in my corner. ❤️

Now… just get me home to North Dakota. 😂✈️

I have no words. ❤️

Today, Keely’s Cleaning Crew was named Women Owned Business of the Year at Celebrate Bismarck-Mandan.

I am incredibly honored, humbled, and honestly still trying to take it all in.

What started as a way for me to create a little more flexibility and support my family has grown into something I never could have imagined. This award belongs to so many people—our amazing team who show up every day, our clients who trust us in their homes, our community that continues to support us, and my family who has stood beside me through every crazy idea, long day, and leap of faith.

To be recognized in a room filled with so many incredible businesses and people is something I will never forget.

This is without a doubt one of the proudest moments of my career as a business owner.

At Keely’s Cleaning Crew, supporting our local youth is something we’re proud to be a part of. This August, we had the opportunity to support Eli Backhaus’ poultry project during the Morton County 4-H Premium Sale—and today this awesome plaque showed up in the mail! It will definitely be proudly displayed in our office.

4-H is about so much more than showing an animal. These kids learn responsibility, commitment, patience, sportsmanship, and the importance of showing up and doing the work—even when they don’t feel like it.

As a business owner, I see every day how hard it can be to teach work ethic—and that’s one of the things I love most about 4-H. These kids are learning to be responsible, show up, follow through, care for something other than themselves, and take pride in their work. Those are the same qualities that someday make incredible employees, leaders, and business owners.

We’re proud to support Morton County 4-H and the young people in our community who are putting in the work and learning lessons that will last a lifetime. 💚🍀
