No mom, wife or person ever wants to feel like they have to choose between their career/job and caring for their sick child or family member. I needed something that would allow me to have the flexibility I needed to care for my son but also knew i needed to make an income for my family. So after lots of thought, prayers and support from my family and friends - I decided to start a cleaning busin

Just before launching the new business a very good friend and I were at a trade show as we walked by the Norwex booth she says "Norwex products are AMAZING - you should use them in my new business." In April of 2014 I began my cleaning and Norwex consultant businesses. I cleaned homes, businesses and anything I could get my hands on to begin with. After about two years I started having friends and family come to me and ask if I am hiring - I never imagined having employees, it was just nothing I had even thought of. I hired my first two employees and fast forward 7 years I have 9 wonderful employees and we clean approximately 260 houses a month. We have absolutely the best customers in the world - without our amazing customers and employees the business would not be such a success so THANK YOU!!

At Keely’s Cleaning Crew, we hold an employee meeting every other Wednesday where we share breakfast, talk about what’s working (and what’s not), do a little training, and most importantly — spend time connecting as a team.
This week was extra special because we enlisted my sister, Shandi, to make breakfast for everyone… and WOW. The breakfast enchiladas were an absolute hit! Everyone was raving about how delicious they were.
Huge thank you to Shandi’s Prairie Kitchen for making our morning so memorable and feeding our crew so well! ❤️
