Homes like this one — situated in forested areas — tend to get plagued by crazy amounts of algae, black tree mold, mildew, and pollen. The siding in this before and after video is a great example.

Literal layers of algae, mold, mildew, and grime. We pre-treated every square inch of the siding and soffits, throughly rinsed at low-pressure, and this was the result.
