I NEED ALL BIWEEKLY AND MONTHLY CLIENTS WHO WANT TO CONTINUE WITH SPRUCE & SPARKLE IN 2027 TO PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME AND CONFIRM THAT YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SPOT ON MY CALENDAR STARTING IN JANUARY!

Please don’t assume your current day and time automatically carry over. I do NOT randomly put names into time slots without confirmation.

If you want your regular cleaning days, you need to touch base with me and get those dates secured. Otherwise, those openings are fair game and will be offered to someone else.

And please don’t be upset with me if your name isn’t on the calendar when you finally reach out. I have to give everyone the same opportunity, and confirmed spots will come first.

With over 80 clients, keeping everyone’s schedules organized is a job in itself! 😅 I truly do my best to be fair, keep everyone happy, and make this run as smoothly as possible.

This beautiful girl is an Alaskan Malamute, and let me tell you… SHE IS HUGE! 😂🐾 You can’t really tell by the picture, but our client told us today she weighs around 125 POUNDS! 😳❤️

But don’t let her size fool you! This girl is an absolute sweetheart and LOVES all the attention! 🥰💕 Of course, we had to stop and give her some extra lovin’ today! 🐾💋

One of the sweetest perks of our job is getting to meet all the furry babies along the way! 🏡🧹🐶💦

✨ A LITTLE BUSINESS REMINDER FROM SPRUCE & SPARKLE! ✨💦

Y’all, let’s talk about something important! ❤️

First, I want to say how incredibly THANKFUL I am for every single one of my clients. 🥹💕 Spruce & Sparkle has grown beyond what I ever imagined, and today I have 80+ clients and a 100% FULL monthly schedule! I literally have to turn people away on a daily basis because I simply don’t have room to fit everyone in. And trust me, that’s something I HATE having to do! ❤️

With that being said, my time and my schedule matter, too! 👑

When I send you a reminder about your upcoming cleaning appointment, PLEASE take a moment to respond and confirm that we’re still good to go. A simple “Yes, we’re good!” is all it takes! 💬✅

I send reminders because I want to stay organized, keep my schedule running smoothly, and make sure I’m not wasting time or gas traveling to a home when the appointment hasn’t been confirmed.

Moving forward, NO RESPONSE TO YOUR REMINDER = I WILL NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR CLEANING.

I simply cannot spend my time chasing down confirmations. When I have people waiting for openings, it’s not fair to hold a spot on my schedule for someone who won’t even respond to let me know they still want it.

And let’s be fair about cancellations, too! I understand that life happens. Things come up, and I will always try to be understanding. ❤️ However, after your THIRD cancellation, I will no longer schedule future cleanings for you.

I work hard to keep my clients on a consistent schedule, and I need that same consideration in return. My days are busy, my schedule is full, and I have a business to run.

This isn’t about being ugly or ungrateful. It’s about communication, respect, and making sure I can continue providing the best service possible to the clients who count on me. 🏡✨

To my wonderful clients who ALWAYS communicate, respond to reminders, and respect my time — THANK YOU! You have no idea how much I appreciate you! 🥰💕
