I clean Short Term Rentals.
I love it.
There's something satisfying about them.
Here's what makes me different from the trillions of STR cleaners

See this bathroom?
I cleaned it.
I staged it and I sent this picture to the owner.
And while the bathroom looks great, all I can see is that the soap isn't full and there aren't an even amount of towels.
The previous two times I cleaned this rental, I told the owner what the house needed.
More towels that are in better shape, and more hand soap.
Owner did not follow through.

Those owners keep their places well stocked and send supplies the moment I tell them they're needed.

Hey gang!!!

Ever wonder who is the "we" behind Swamp Rabbit Cleaners?

THIS IS US!

I'm Lu. I'm on the right. I clean and take care of short-term rentals ( and other various things) and Austin cleans when I cannot.
We are just two people, not a huge company, who have a small business in Greenville, SC.
We have been taking care of Airbnb's for 3 years now. I realize that's a drop in the hat for some of you, but we've learned a thing or two in that time.
1: We clean with detail, when a lot of others don't.
Does your cleaner notice the window sills, the fan blades, the door k***s, the light switches?
Do they get all the surfaces others have touched? Have they swept under the bed? Have they cleaned the actual trash can? DETAILS people.
2: We communicate.
Does your cleaner let you know when to order toilet paper and paper towels? Do they let you know when bath towels and sheets have seen better days and might need to be replaced?
Do they store and keep track of supplies and fill your rentals as needed?
These are all things I gladly communicate and do for you as well.
3: We are honest and fair.
We ask that you treat us in kind! It's easy to work ethically in this world, you just have to find the people to do it with.
