Let’s talk about the common mistakes parents make when cleaning car seats—and why it’s 100% worth the $ to let someone else (like me 👋) do it right:

❌ Submerging the seat in a tub: This can break down internal foam and compromise safety.

❌ Using a steamer or power washer: High heat and pressure can warp plastics and damage safety labels.

❌ Scrubbing or soaking the straps: It weakens the fibers—many car seat manuals say NEVER do this.
