This spa needed some attention a couple weeks ago due to just age and gaps forming around the spillway and jets. We cut it all out and removed the spillway stone in order to set it back properly and eliminate the leaks. The jets were basically done the same way and we got the color to match pretty good considering the older age of the existing plaster.

Spillways break down over time especially if they have tiles with multiple grout joints. These areas eventually leak and also run down the wall causing calcium build up so we demolished the old ones and added new stone to prevent leaks and so the water will sheet off cleanly into the water and we left the top open per the customers request which also makes future grout repairs much easier and less invasive.

Sometimes you have to break out the big guns! 💪 this was a broken main drain line which goes under the pool so we had to dig down roughly 7 1/2 feet and chisel out concrete in order to cut the broken 4” elbow out in order to pressure test and re plumb the pipe back.

Multiple breaks on this indoor pool and spa. We were able to remove the brick pavers , sub deck , and dirt to find concrete over pour surrounding the pipes so we had to chisel that away to be able to tell were the breaks were. One were able to fix easily. The other was inside the spa wall which would have been major structural disruption to that wall which you want to avoid if possible. The solution was to drill thru the wall and make one single new jet that we could attach to the good pipe. This spa was small so it still allowed them to circulate the spa plenty and be able to heat the pool and spa separate. End result it’s all working and looks like we were never there!
