Dust & Dash needs a new hard-working employee, who's ready to build clientele and grow with our company. Jess and I are laid back, believe in work-life balance, work as hard as we expect our team to work, laugh and joke just as much as we work and truly care about our clients and giving the best cleanings possible!

Do you fit the job requirements?
**Must be able to perform all duties fully, without restrictions**

*Pass background check
*Valid Driver's license
*Able to carry a 10-15 lb vacuum on your back and use it to vacuum multiple surfaces, including stairs
*Able to handle all physical requirements of the job: up and down steps several times, lifting up to 30lbs, able to climb on and off a step ladder, standing/squatting several times per day
*Reliable transportation to and from starting job (we provide transportation to each cleaning job)
*Total hours/houses vary daily but stay within the Mon-Fri 8am-4pm work hours (3-6 houses per day)
*No weekends!
*20-30 hours per week

Qualities we're looking for:
*Fast-paced
*Strong eye for small details
*Great customer service
*Quick learning
*Stays on task and helps team
*Easily adapts to change
*Transparent

No experience necessary. We provide A full 3 to 4 week training.

This is a Mom appreciation post!! It is because of them that we are so successful in what we do. These 2 women help pick up our children from school, take care of them when sick or school vacation days, let us borrow a car while ours was in the shop and give us any other support and advice we may need! Thank you Moms for taking care of us, teaching us great work ethic, and loving us every step of the way! We love you and are so very thankful for you!

Last week, we had someone reach out about getting a last minute clean. She already had a big name cleaning company coming in but just wasn't satisfied with their work. We came in and completed a full top to bottom clean! See the difference! We work hard to make sure that we touch all surfaces and remove any dust/dirt/grime possible! ✨✨✨
