***UPDATE***
My clients said they are going to be selling all the furniture, beds, tables, dressers, tv's ext. And several of the other little items in the photos. They are getting me better photos of what is for sale, I will be posting those later, but if there is anything you are interested in buying just let me know and I will get you details and prices. :)
Me and Andy had a client that has moved out and is getting ready to list their old house. So we went to sort and organize what was left in the house and make it easier for the client to see everything and go through quickly. Next step is to start deep cleaning the house. But this is what we have gotten done so far.... In the pictures you will see we lined the living room with things for the client to go through. The break down of the boxes are......bath and body lotions, creams, shampoos, ext. ..Toiletries, makeup, perfumes, hair accessories and equipment,...home decor, home accessories (smoke detector, storage bags, batteries ext,) little tools, screws, cabinet door k**b ext,....over the counter meds, prescription meds, and medical supplies,...then you have your special dishes, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, silverware, skillets, pots and pans, and containers....then all your kitchen appliances. In the bedroom there is home decor, shoes, the laundry basket has random things I was sure about, and music equipment, and a few other little things that they will need to go through and the dressers have been emptied. Both bathroom cabinets, drawers, and shelving has been emptied, other than a few plumbing/cleaning supplies....the kids rooms,...the bedding and toys are in the bags and totes. The kitchen cabinets have all been cleared out except for the food...and cleaning supplies. The bags by the back door are all trash. And the few Christmas/halloween items are in that corner as well. The hallway closets have been cleared out. We did wipe surfaces and vacuum out drawers and cabinets. And we vaccummed the floors and rugs. But past that we didn't do any cleaning. But we got the majority of the house gone through and organized so it's easy to see everything and faster to go through it all. And the bags in the laundry room are all clothes we bagged up. All the before photos are first and then the after.
