Hi! I’m Karina, the heart behind Klean Haven. 🥰

And the answer is no, I am not afraid of your mess. 😆 For as long as I can remember, I have found a strange joy in organizing. From event planning to party hosting and my roles in corporate - Everything was always where it needed to be, and it looked stylish too.

Now I’m earning my livelihood with my gift. 💝 I have a soft spot for parents, and families and receive joy from helping them make their lives even just a little bit easier. There is no judgment here, I understand how vulnerable it is to allow someone into your personal space.

My 20 years of working as an administrative assistant have taught me the importance of maintaining order. As a record keeper, I sorted and maintained physical and digital records for many years. I found that I enjoyed creating systems to improve the efficiency of our work. It is a lot of fun for me to help put something that seems chaotic into order. I understand how overwhelming it can be not seeing a way to resolve what seems chaotic.

1: It’s So Fast and Easy- Convenient drive up and drop off zone centers or charities. Especially when someone works with me. I fill up my car and do the drop off on behalf of my clients.

2: Clears Clutter - The goal is to only own what you love, need, and use regularly. Many hold on to that thing that they will sell one day and never end up actually selling or using which in turn adds to the clutter.

3: It Makes a Positive Impact- When items are donated rather than discarded, they get a second life. It goes to a great new home where it will be used, appreciated and loved.

4: It’s Eco-Friendly- Donating goes beyond material recycling and waste reduction—it’s a bridge connecting those who have with those in need.

Decluttering clothes from drawers, closets and other storage spaces may seem like a never ending cycle. 😵‍💫

That’s why I work alongside my clients as we tackle and purge section by section. Making realistic decisions to keep items based on the you in this now moment. I remove any donation bags with me after the session to relieve any extra stress. 😌

My favorite problem to solve for my clients is when I hear “I don’t have enough space” after they go through my deep decluttering system they are amazed by all the extra and empty space they are left with. 😊
