Insurance has our truck for over a month, and this is how they delivered it to us today. Over a month of not being able to accept any junk removal jobs, and apologizing and explaining to customers that “we will have the truck back soon, we just don’t have a date yet.” They ensured us they would deliver the truck today, we were so excited, I booked our first job in over a month.. then had to explain again that our truck is still not driveable, and that I would be doing the job in a hatchback lmao What an absolute nightmare.



If anyone at gives a s**t, please just people know that you are returning the vehicle in a disassembled and undriveable state.
