What’s goes into an Airbnb turnover each time?

• Cleaning/dusting all bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, and bedrooms. That means moving things to clean under them, light switches, everything top to bottom that you see needs to be cleaned.
• Strip all beds
• Unload dishwasher
• Wash, dry, fold, and put away multiple loads of laundry.
• Collect all trash’s and bring to dumpster
• Restock all toilet paper, paper towel, fill up soaps, shampoo, conditioner

I would like to take a moment to say that as a professional cleaner you should care about the quality of service you provide!✨

All too often I receive calls from potential new clients saying they had a Deep clean done and they were less than pleased with the results.

This would be one of those times! This is one of many things we had to fix! The new client had mentioned they paid 2 professional cleaners for 10 hours of work ($850).

If you provide a professional service, are a licensed and insured business, and actually CARE about the service you provide this should never happen!

As someone that has been cleaning professionally for almost two years now I want to say that I get it! I get how taxing the work is, I get the overwhelm, but that does not excuse poor quality of service or essentially stealing from someone. Vet your cleaners, ask for references, ask for pictures!

Helpful tips from Delightfully Clean!✨

Do not use toilet bowl cleaner on anything other than your toilet!

I have seen too many professional cleaners use it on glass shower doors, grout, sinks, bath tubs, and more.

Toilet bowl cleaner is very acidic and can strip away finishes, damage stone and marble.

Does it “work”? Yes to an extent but it’s because your stripping away not just the grime but the finish and top coat of whatever you’re cleaning.

If you can’t get grime or stains up from using products meant for it, it is not meant to come out!
