Wanted to share this-

Just a little perspective from a small business owner.

I worked all day, finally wrapped up, and thought “it’s Friday… I deserve a Diet Coke from McDonald’s.” I pull out of the drive-thru, put my straw in… and it’s regular Coke.

I wasn’t about to turn around and complain. At the end of the day, I’ll still be back at McDonald’s next week hoping for that Diet Coke. Because that’s how it goes. Nobody is perfect.

Small businesses are the same way. Sometimes we’re juggling a lot. Sometimes we hit the wrong button. Sometimes something small gets missed. It’s never on purpose.

So give grace where you can. We’re all trying. And a wrong soda isn’t the end of the world. I’ll still happily spend my money there… and I hope people feel the same about the small businesses they support.

My Story

Hello!

A little about myself my name is Marrah [MAH-ruh], I have 2 small children Khloe & Tucker who keep me on my toes. In my free time you can always find me cleaning, baking, or shopping.

I have lived in the surrounding area my whole life. I grew with a VERY neat + tidy mother which I inherited those traits (unlike my sister). I have cleaned for my family, friends, and I also had the pleasure of working for a cleaning company cleaning luxurious homes in Dane County.

I understand that having a clean home is a lot of tedious work especially if you work a 8-5 M-F job. I encourage you to enjoy your weekend “not cleaning” and instead spend time with your loved ones, relax, and let me do the work. I truly value your home as if it were my own, and I want to create more than just clientele but to create relationships. With that being said I want to encourage open and honest communication and respect with my customers.
