🚨 Aylett Cleaning Company – Service Policies 🚨
Effective Immediately ‼️
To protect us, our schedule, and quality of service, the following policies are strictly enforced:
🧼 Health & Safety
• If anyone in the home is sick, you must notify us before your scheduled clean
• Failure to disclose illness may result in immediate cancellation or rescheduling at our discretion
📅 Scheduling & Consistency
• Recurring clients are expected to maintain their scheduled cleans
• Skipping or canceling more than 3 consecutive cleans will result in your recurring spot being released to another client
• Missed cleans are not guaranteed to be rescheduled
• Appointments are scheduled first come, first serve
⏰ Cancellations
• A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules
• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee
💰 Payments
• Payment is due the day of service
• Non-payment may result in removal from our schedule
• Future services may require prepayment
🏡 Home Preparation Requirements
• Homes must be picked up and reasonably clutter-free prior to arrival
• This includes clearing floors, counters, sinks, and surfaces
• Excessive clutter may result in additional charges, reduced cleaning time, or refusal of service
• WE ARE CLEANERS NOT MAIDS - please see our cleaning packages posted on our page for add ons!
🚫 Service Limits
• We do not clean bodily fluids, biohazards, pet waste, or unsafe conditions
• This includes urine, f***s, vomit, and litter box cleanup
• Excessive buildup, pet messes, or undisclosed conditions may result in additional charges or refusal of service
🐾 Pets & Access
• Pets must be secured prior to arrival
• Proper access (key/code) must be provided or the appointment will be treated as a cancellation
🧼👩🔧 Cleaners & Preferences
• If you have a preference for a specific cleaner, please notify us ahead of time, YOU must provide the cleaner EVERY CLEAN SCHEDULED
🤝 Respect & Conduct
• We expect a safe, respectful, and professional environment at all times
• If you work remotely, please be mindful that we cannot pause or delay cleans for meetings, calls, or interruptions. We have other clients & our own families to get home too!
•Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct toward staff will result in immediate termination of services
🔄 Policy Updates
• Aylett Cleaning Company reserves the right to update or change these policies at any time
• Continued service constitutes acceptance of the most current policies
❗ Right to Refuse Service
• Aylett Cleaning Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if policies are not followed
☃️ • Inclement Weather: For safety, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments.
