It’s hard to believe that we are approaching ONE YEAR in business! 🤍🧹🧼

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single client who has booked with us, referred us, supported us, and trusted us in your homes over the past year. We truly could not have done this without you.

This business has given our families something so valuable—more flexibility and more time with our children and loved ones. For that, we will always be grateful. Every appointment booked, every recommendation shared, and every kind word means more than you know.

As we continue to grow, we wanted to share a few friendly reminders:

🧹 Payment is due on the day of service. As a small business, we rely on timely payments to help provide for our families, pay our bills, and keep food on our tables.

🧹 If you need to cancel or reschedule, we completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up. We simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice, and preferably up to a week when possible. This allows us time to fill your spot, as this business is our livelihood and those reserved appointments are important to our families.

🧹 Please take a moment to review the policies and cleaning packages posted on our page. They help answer many common questions and ensure everyone knows what to expect from our services.

🧹 Most importantly, please remember that we are human. We are doing our very best every single day. We are far from perfect, and over the past year we have learned so much through trial and error while building this business.

🧹 We strive for excellence and take pride in our work, but sometimes things can be missed. Whether it’s a bit of pet hair, a dusty spot, or something small overlooked, please know it is never intentional. You may also notice that with each clean, we focus on and detail different areas of your home. While we always complete the services included in your package, we often rotate our attention to different details and areas that may need extra love. That’s simply who we are and how we clean—we want your home to feel refreshed, not just maintained.

We genuinely care about our clients and your homes, and we are always working to improve. We appreciate your grace, patience, and understanding as we continue learning and growing.

We want to make our clients aware of an upcoming pricing adjustment. This decision was not made lightly, but it is a necessary one. You will be receiving a message if this applies to you.

Our updated monthly pricing is structured the same way as many other local cleaning companies in our area. This is a standard pricing model within the industry.

As a small business, we cover taxes, gas, vehicle maintenance, cleaning supplies, equipment, and ongoing operating costs.

Our pricing is based on square footage and reflects a biweekly cleaning schedule, quoted as one total amount. Please note that monthly cleanings require more time and labor, as homes are generally more dirtier than those maintained biweekly, and pricing reflects that difference.
