Things can — and do — happen. It's not a matter of if, but when.

During a routine home inspection, we noticed an unusual mist in the air near the side of the home. Upon closer inspection, we discovered a small leak caused by a punctured irrigation line.
Fortunately, it was caught early before it could waste thousands of gallons of water or create a much larger problem.

Imagine being away for the season with no one there to notice it. A small issue today can become a costly repair tomorrow.
