DK DETAILING – APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Immediately
Due to unforeseen circumstances and an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments, DK Detailing will now require a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file when scheduling any appointment.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid a cancellation fee, customers must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to their scheduled appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Any appointment canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
Customers Without a Card on File
If you choose not to keep a card on file, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited in full and will not be refunded.
Why This Policy Is Necessary
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. However, frequent last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from serving other customers and negatively impact our business operations. Unfortunately, the actions of a few individuals have made it necessary to implement these measures to protect our schedule and ensure fairness to all customers.
