I want to address something briefly and then move forward.

Recently, while my son was experiencing a serious medical emergency and was hospitalized, there were comments made criticizing me for prioritizing my family over business obligations.

I care deeply about my clients and my professionalism, and I have always worked hard to serve people with honesty and reliability. But at the end of the day, I am a mother first. In an emergency involving my child, my focus will always be on his health and safety.

I understand that inconveniences can be frustrating, and I appreciate the clients who showed compassion and understanding during an incredibly difficult time for my family.

Erica’s Sparkling Solutions will continue operating, serving our clients, and moving forward with integrity — just as we always have.

A quick update from Erica’s Sparkling Solutions 💙

I wanted to let everyone know that my oldest son is currently very sick and we are waiting for a room at The University of Kansas Health System while we work toward getting answers. Right now my focus is being there for him and our family during this difficult time.

Because of that, Ray and our amazing team will be handling scheduled cleans and appointments this week to keep things moving and continue taking care of our clients.

Please know that we are still open and operating, and if you need to schedule, make changes, ask questions, or need anything at all, you can absolutely still reach out to me directly. I may be a little slower than normal responding while balancing everything, but I will get back to you.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, support, and kindness while we navigate this and try to figure out what’s going on. We truly appreciate every one of you. 💙✨

My journey (road/path)
has been an road that was unexpected. Im sure blessed 🙌 that God brought Erica and her cleaning crew (my cleaning FAIRYS) to one of my crossroads! Im a firm believer that Angels walk amongst us we just got to embrace our Journey to see them. My new Journey is brighter with a weight lifted ✨️ 🙌 off my Heart and Soul bc of my cleaning fairys!
I cant thank you all enough for what you all have done for me! If anyone is looking to take a first-step with cleaning needs call Erica!
