Erica’s Sparkling Solutions LLC is GROWING, and we’re looking to add the right person to our team! 🧹🧼✨

Let’s get one thing out of the way: Cleaning is NOT easy work. Some days are long, some jobs are DIRTY, and you’re going to sweat. You’ll be bending, lifting, scrubbing, climbing stairs, and staying on your feet.

BUT… cleaning can also be a LOT of fun! ❤️

We laugh, listen to music, work together, tackle some pretty crazy messes, and get the satisfaction of standing back when we’re finished and saying, “WOW… we did that!” ✨

📈 WE’RE ALSO EXPANDING!

We are currently in the process of pursuing and securing new janitorial contracts in industrial and commercial facilities. As our company moves further into commercial and industrial janitorial work, we need dependable people who are interested in growing with us.

That means this isn’t just about filling a spot for today. We’re looking for people who could potentially take on more hours, responsibility, and opportunities as our contracts and company grow.

We’re looking for someone who:

Experience is great, but it isn’t everything! We can teach someone how we clean and train you on our standards. What we can’t teach is dependability, work ethic, honesty, and the willingness to give your best effort.

Our work includes:

✨ Residential cleaning
✨ Commercial janitorial cleaning
✨ Industrial facility cleaning
✨ Deep cleans
✨ Move-in/move-out cleaning
✨ Post-construction cleaning
✨ And plenty of interesting jobs in between!

📍 Travel throughout Southwest Missouri is part of the job.
📅 Hours may vary based on our current workload and contracts.
💰 Pay will be discussed based on experience and position.

We are incredibly proud and excited to share that Erica’s Sparkling Solutions LLC has been selected as the cleaning service provider for the Marionville City Building, including the Marionville Police Department and Marionville Fire Department! 🚔🚒✨

Being entrusted with helping maintain the facilities that serve and protect our community is truly an honor. We are grateful for this opportunity and look forward to providing the detailed, dependable, and professional cleaning services our clients have come to expect.

I want to address something briefly and then move forward.

Recently, while my son was experiencing a serious medical emergency and was hospitalized, there were comments made criticizing me for prioritizing my family over business obligations.

I care deeply about my clients and my professionalism, and I have always worked hard to serve people with honesty and reliability. But at the end of the day, I am a mother first. In an emergency involving my child, my focus will always be on his health and safety.

I understand that inconveniences can be frustrating, and I appreciate the clients who showed compassion and understanding during an incredibly difficult time for my family.

Erica’s Sparkling Solutions will continue operating, serving our clients, and moving forward with integrity — just as we always have.

A quick update from Erica’s Sparkling Solutions 💙

I wanted to let everyone know that my oldest son is currently very sick and we are waiting for a room at The University of Kansas Health System while we work toward getting answers. Right now my focus is being there for him and our family during this difficult time.

Because of that, Ray and our amazing team will be handling scheduled cleans and appointments this week to keep things moving and continue taking care of our clients.

Please know that we are still open and operating, and if you need to schedule, make changes, ask questions, or need anything at all, you can absolutely still reach out to me directly. I may be a little slower than normal responding while balancing everything, but I will get back to you.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, support, and kindness while we navigate this and try to figure out what’s going on. We truly appreciate every one of you. 💙✨
