✨Friendly reminder✨
You have up to 48 hours to let me know if you found something that was missed or wasn’t cleaned to your standards. I will come back to redo it for freeeeee. That has always been my policy.
Please put a hand up 🙋🏽‍♀️ if I have told you that before!
If you tell me 20 days later that you were unsatisfied, I just won’t believe you. 🫶🏽

I wanted to share this message because it meant so much more to me than this person probably realizes. With the recent loss of my grandpa, I’ve had to reschedule some of my clients & if I’m being honest, I still sometimes feel really guilty when life forces me to put my business on pause.
Then I received ✨this text✨
& realized, sometimes you don’t know how badly you need to hear something until someone says it 🥹😩

To all of my clients who have been so understanding, patient & flexible this week, THANK YOUUUUU. Truly!! It means more than you know 🫶🏽

Thank you for reminding me that I’m allowed to be human, too!

✨It’s not just cleaning. It’s care✨
