The Jax Cleaners is a family-owned luxury residential cleaning company based in Atlantic Beach, FL. We serve high-end homes throughout the Beaches area and have built our reputation on trust, consistency, professionalism, and a high standard of care inside every home we enter.

We’re looking for an experienced full-time Residential Cleaning Specialist who wants more than just another job.

This is a rare opportunity to get in early with a company that is building the right way, with strong systems, high standards, professional clients, and a clear path into leadership.

This role is for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, pays attention to the details others miss, and wants their work ethic to actually lead somewhere.

No degree required, but professionalism, consistency, and pride in your work absolutely are.

Position: Residential Cleaning Specialist
Location: Atlantic Beach, FL
Schedule: Full-time
Growth Path: Crew Lead opportunity

đź’Ľ Why this opportunity is different:

This is a full-time field position with a real growth track. The right person will have the opportunity to oversee jobs, help train new team members, support quality control, work directly with clients, and take on more responsibility as we continue building out our crews.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term future in professional home services, not just clock in, clean, and leave.

🧼 We’re looking for someone with:

• Professional residential cleaning experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Consistency, punctuality, and professionalism
• A coachable attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfort working in high-end homes and around clients
• The desire to build something, not just show up for a paycheck

Experience in residential cleaning, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, luxury homes, hospitality, customer service, sales, property management, or crew leadership is a strong plus.

If you’ve worked in cleaning, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or any service-based role where professionalism matters, and you’re ready for a real opportunity to grow, we want to hear from you.
