This project truly had it all. The home was purchased for around $900,000, but it came with a backyard nightmare. Whenever it rained, the pool would flood with mud due to a poorly constructed wall. The pool was also leaking, creating a frustrating situation for the homeowners. They renovated the interior, while we transformed the exterior. Just one year later, their realtor informed them that the house could now sell for $1.6 million.
The homeowners were understandably shocked when their realtor brought over colleagues to conduct a proper price comparison. With their extensive updates and a stunning yard, they had set a new standard in the market.
