Rosales Cleaning is a locally owned, family-run cleaning and organization company. We are growing and seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners and organizers to join our team as 1099 independent contractors.
✔️ Experience preferred but not required
✔️ Training available for the right candidate

Standard / Recurring Residential Cleaning
Deep Cleaning
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Turnovers
Post-Construction / Renovation Cleaning
Home Organization & Decluttering Projects ⭐
Kitchen & Pantry Organization
Closet & Storage Organization
Detailed Bathroom & Kitchen Cleaning
Floor Care (hardwood, tile, laminate, vacuuming carpets)
High & Low Dusting (baseboards, doors, frames, fans, fixtures)
🧹 Job Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality cleanings following Rosales Cleaning standards
Assist with or lead organization projects (based on experience level)
Follow service notes and client instructions
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via text message
Maintain professionalism and respect in clients’ homes
💰 Pay & Pay Schedule:
Training Rate (No Experience): $16 per hour
Experienced Cleaners & Organizers: $18–$25 per hour, based on prior experience and skill level
Organization projects are paid at the higher end of the range
Paid weekly — every Friday — for the prior week’s work
Payment is issued by check
Pay is for work hours only; drive time between jobs is not paid
Tips are 100% yours
✅ Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working in occupied homes and short-term rentals
Dependable, teachable, and detail-oriented
Strong written communication skills
Must communicate with clients via text in a professional, grammatically correct manner
Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) is a plus
Willingness to use approved tools to ensure clear, professional client communication
