Update in light of the Corona Virus:
First and foremost!
WE ARE FULLY TRUSTING IN GOD AND RELYING ON HIS PROMISES DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME AND WE CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR HEALING, GUIDANCE AND RESOLUTION - AFTER ALL, HE IS IN CONTROL!
TO ANY OF OUR CLIENTS AND/OR ANYONE IN OUR COMMUNITY. SHOULD YOU NEED ANYTHING AT ALL (i.e., supplies, medications, groceries, etc), PLEASE REACH OUT AND LET US KNOW - WILL DELIVER DIRECTLY TO YOUR DOOR!
TO ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE YOUR HOMES FULLY SANITIZED AND CLEANED DURING THIS TIME, WE WILL BE OFFERING DIFFERENT DISCOUNTED PACKAGES FOR ALL WHO ARE INTERESTED! WE ARE SENDING OUT NO MORE THAN A HEALTHY TEAM OF 2 OR 3 TO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES.
This has been a lot to take in & manage for all of us. We have been taking it day by day here at CME when trying to outline a plan & timeline to keep our clients & staff safe.
In addition to our regular disinfecting and sanitation routines we have trained staff to the CDC standards. Here are the steps we are following when entering & cleaning your home:
1. We are washing our hands upon entering & exiting every home, store, & office.
2. We are using 99% propyl alcohol for all disinfecting and following the dwell times on surfaces and frequently touched areas such as light fixtures, door k***s, counter tops, and faucets (kitchen & bathroom).
3. Our staff has been instructed to wear gloves at all times in clients homes & to disinfect the gloves just as we are doing with our hands and our equipment.
4. We are limiting the amount of staff we are sending to various locations to minimize exposure.
5. We are using all sanitation techniques to keep our equipment clean. We are wiping all equipment between all homes. We are washing all laundry multiple times. We are asking all our clients to provide their vacuums and mops during this time to eliminate any risk of cross contamination.
6. We are sanitizing our cell phones & being cautious to not set on any surfaces.
7. As always, we are not allowing our staff who show any contagious symptoms to enter the CME office or clients homes. This is something we feel strongly about at all times and especially now. We offer services to the elderly community & to homes with young children which we do not take for granted. We encourage our clients to cancel appointments whenever they are not feeling well--no cancellation fee is applied during these times unless it is excessive.
During this time we are all unsure what to plan for tomorrow and the following weeks/months. Should we make a decision to close CME down for any period of time we will contact you. We want to thank all of our clients who have reached out to us and have offered to pay for any canceled services during this time. We greatly appreciate the caring support to our small business and especially our employees who rely on this income to support their families.
In closing, any client who would like to cancel their appointments, we completely understand & respect your decision. There will be no cancellation fee assigned. Please consider scheduling an extended cleaning when your resume services so we are able to return your home to CME maintenance standards.
