We are in another year of the Asphalt Paving and maintenance and it’s time to get to work.
In the first three to five years of your asphalt’s lifespan, it will begin to present the initial signs of cracking. If detritions are attended to with quickly, they are unlikely to become major issues.
Asphalt pavements first patch will probably be required after it becomes five to seven years old. As your asphalt ages, it will likely need additional repairs for cracks and worn out areas and even resurfaced.
These days, you can expect your asphalt to last for 20 to 30 years, but only if it receives preventative maintenance. Stay safe on your job.
