Good afternoon everyone,

We all seem to suffer from this epidemic. When is it the right time to clean our homes.
It all really depends on our personal schedules and when we find time to fit this task in it.
I will generally explain various ways that you can plan to clean your home, no matter the size or set up.

1. You can set a particular day that you have flexibility.
If you work through the week; the weekends are best.
If your work schedule is not fixed then you can choose
Anyday less hectic.
2. You can either:
● Categorize what you clean and on what days
Or
● Clean everything one time.
Eg. If you are one that barely has time to clean, you would do what we call 'surface' clean, if you ever get a chance. While this keeps your home in daily order, deeply cleaning your home once a week is more effective.

If you cant get to everything one time, you can write a schedule to help you keep on track on chores you do daily. Eg. Dusting is Mondays, linen changing is Tuesdays and etc.

If you clean once a week, a schedule is still recommended; as it helps cleaning to feel more organized.

Simply, create a system of what chore you will tackle first and how long you plan to spend at doing it.

To make cleaning more encouraging, did you know that you can burn 200 calories from cleaning for just 2hrs? Im sure if many people knew this, there wouldn't be too many exercise videos lol.

Imagine, accomplishing two things in one. A clean home and you burned calories while doing it?!

Well, I hope this blog was informative as well as motivating to all of you readers. So as I end, I encourage you all to pick up the broom and experience a new reason to clean :-)
