Can you believe that June is already here? Below are some cool Summer cleaning tips:
1) USE MATS! The kids are out of school which means more dirt is coming into your home. Make sure you have a clean mat positioned in front of each outside door. Your carpets and floors will appreciate you!
2) VACUUM YOUR BAGS! Summer means making plans to go on vacation. Vacuum the inside and outside of your luggage and other travel bags, especially if they haven't been used in the past several months. Also, use a vinegar-water solution to get rid of that yucky musty smell.
3) LET THE SUNSHINE IN! Clean the inside and outside windows as well as the screens.
4) A/C FILTER! Do you remember the last time you changed your A/C filter? If it has been over a month then chances are you are past due for this necessary task. Regularly changing your filter will not only improve the air quality in your home but it just might save you from coming home to a really hot house one day!
