Be courteous by smiling, greeting, and being available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to both the customer and the car wash
Always be ready to greet and assist customers with wash packages and show the value of our Club Plans.
Load cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it into the wash.
Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed.
Assisting in regular schedule maintenance on all equipment to ensure it keep in proper working order.
Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is keep in the proper place and organized.
Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied
Have a sense of urgency.
Do the right thing, at the right time, all the time…with fellow teammates, home office and customers.
Prep vehicles to produce a perfect vehicle out of the tunnel with “No Bug Left Behind”
Be able to present and explain club membership and successfully enroll customers in the club plan.
Courteous and professional demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
Conducting all interactions with customers and fellow employees ethically.
