Title: Team Leader Commercial Cleaner

MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE A VEHICLE AND DRIVE Team Members to Various commercial office buildings around Atlanta and Metro Atlanta
Purpose of Role:
Clean and assist the owner in managing cleaners, ensuring high quality cleaning standards are met across assigned commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning Requirements.
-Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors
-Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other surfaces
-Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls
-Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap
-Clean entrance glass and other interior glass
-Respond positively and promptly to customer needs and requests
-Work effectively with other team members
-Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies
-Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
-Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners
-Train new cleaners, ensuring they understand company processes and cleaning methods.
-Report building and equipment maintenance issues to owner
-Request orders and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure team has resources needed to work efficiently.-
-Manage the cleaning process, providing direction, support and coaching
-Develop cleaning schedules and assign duties to team members.
-Ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
-Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to check standards are met.
-Address any issues.
-Maintain effective communication with clients and property managers.
-Handle queries and feedback professionally.
-Monitor cleaning staff performance and give constructive feedback.
-Provide effective feedback to Team Members on any performance or conduct issues.
-Ensure all health, safety and security procedures are followed by team.
-Maintain risk assessments.
-Cover shifts as needed to ensure client commitments are always met.
-Drive the crew from location to location.
-Maintain records of cleaning tasks, inspections, staff hours and supply inventory. Provide reports as required.

Qualifications:
-Ability to communicate in English
-Education and work history that demonstrates strong work ethic and responsibility
-Ability to work independently and as a team member
-Must care about quality
-Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace
-Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds
-Physically able to be on feet, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, pull, push, kneel, and crouch during an entire shift
-Must be reliable and have own transportation
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
