📍Hiring Procedure’s📍
Hello Everyone, We have been receiving numerous emails, calls, texts, and inbox messages regarding our hiring process. While we are not currently hiring, we will be doing so in the near future. I am eager to assemble a team of highly skilled individuals who possess strong work ethics, reliability, and dedication to their work. Effective communication and a passion for their field are also essential.
If you noticed I didn’t mentioned Hard Working because i view that as abuse & I feel like if an employer requires a potential employee to be a hard worker , then they’re wanting you to surpass your mental and physical limits for their own gain and that’s not okay to me .
To maintain the success of my business, I must follow a thorough and meticulous process when hiring a team. This involves completing various professional and legal tasks to ensure that every aspect of the company is in order, as cutting corners can lead to detrimental consequences. Soon I’m going to start the process of writing out our EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK and getting it published, taking the steps to make sure Nancy B’s Cleaning Service is secure is a requirement for me .
To guarantee the success of our team in their respective roles, we must provide comprehensive training and ensure access to all necessary tools. Cleaning is not merely about equipment, but also the skills and knowledge to execute the job proficiently. This includes proper deep cleaning techniques with the appropriate cleaning products, a skill that I deem crucial and want to ensure everyone is fully knowledgeable in. Hiring a team is not feasible for us at this time. However, when we are able, we will ensure that our employees receive top-level compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, and eye insurance also mental health support.
