This Sunday, our Assistant Team Leaders gathered on-site at one of our client locations for our monthly training session. We focused on conducting quality inspections and gained hands-on experience operating the floor machine, building the skills and confidence needed to deliver exceptional service every day. We also enjoyed spending time together in fellowship, sharing gratitude for one another, and strengthening the teamwork that makes our success possible. 💪🏻💙

Meet Gabbie! 👋🏻

As a full-time member of the leadership team at Athens Cleaning Company, Gabbie wears many hats! If you are a team member, you may recognize her smiling face from an account training or a QC inspection report. If you are a client, you've likely chatted with her about supply orders and cleaning feedback.

In her free time, Gabbie enjoys playing RPGs, watching anime, exploring different genres of music, getting creative with arts and crafts, and spending time with her two guinea pigs. She's a homebody at heart, but every now and then she likes to venture out for a little fun.

No matter how you know Gabbie, one thing is certain — she brings kindness, laughter, and plenty of personality everywhere she goes. We're so grateful to have her as such a vital part of the ACC team, and we love the way she makes our workplace a fun one every day! 💙✨

Meet Asha! 👋🏻

By day—and often into the night—Asha serves as the Executive Director of Keep Macon-Bibb Beautiful (KMBB), a nonprofit that has been dedicated to serving the Macon-Bibb County community for more than 50 years. Through her work, she is passionate about creating a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable community for everyone.

When she's not leading KMBB, Asha is the primary caregiver for her 93-year-old grandmother, who has been living with her for the past year. To help support the added financial responsibilities that come with caregiving, Asha joined the Athens Cleaning Company team.

Asha feels incredibly grateful to be part of two organizations—KMBB and ACC—that share her passion for cleanliness, community, and making a meaningful difference every day.

Asha makes a positive impact on so many lives, and we are grateful to call her one of our own! 💙
