Realpro cleaning services We are an all natural chemical free cleaning company servicing the Asheville and surrounding area. Independently owned and operated.

We do standard basic cleaning in your home or business for the price quoted. Our cleaning fee is based on $25 per hour but we would rather quote by the job so there are no surprises to you as the customer. If we quote it for a price, we will honor it regardless of time spent. The initial cleaning fee is slightly higher because a deep clean is needed and is easier for us to stay on top of once cleaned. This fee will be the standard reoccurring fee if you chose the monthly cleaning option. The initial cleaning includes cob webbing, lampshades, light fixtures, fans, cabinet fronts and baseboards in addition to normal cleaning duties. The normal cleaning duties include dusting & wiping surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, sweeping, mopping and wiping smudges from doors and windows. We will change bed linens if provided. We will however pick up messy rooms, do dishes, or laundry, for additional fees.
