I wanted to take a moment to officially introduce myself and share a little about what I’ll be focusing on moving forward.

My name is Justin Grant, and I recently stepped into the role of Director of Real Estate & Business Development with Carolina Basement Systems. I’m also a Licensed North Carolina General Contractor and was a Licensed Home Inspector with a passion for relationships, education, and helping people solve problems.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in construction, inspections, leadership, and business development — all centered around one thing: helping people make informed decisions and creating value wherever possible.
