💙✨ A LITTLE MAID 2 SHINE UPDATE ✨💙
For a long time, Maid 2 Shine has been my baby, and I’ve pretty much been a one-woman army — cleaning, scheduling, answering messages, finding new clients, handling the behind-the-scenes work… all of it. 🧹💪🏽
Now, my business is entering a new chapter. I’m transitioning from doing everything myself to building a team of reliable cleaners who can represent the Maid 2 Shine name and the standard I’ve worked so hard to create.
And I won’t lie — the transition hasn’t been easy. Finding dependable people, training, delegating, and learning how to grow from a cleaner into a business owner with a team has definitely come with some growing pains. But I’m proud of how far Maid 2 Shine has come, and I’m excited about where we’re headed. 💙
