Agape Windows & Home Services LLC is Hiring!

We are looking for an additional Crew Member / Technician to join our team.

Starting Pay: $17/hour
Performance-based yearly raises available

This position is for someone who is motivated, dependable, and willing to learn. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team, and helps deliver a high-quality experience for our customers.

Our team provides professional exterior and interior home services for residential clients, and we are looking for someone who understands the importance of attention to detail, professionalism, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the Lead Technician with daily job completion
• Performing interior work, including window cleaning and other assigned tasks
• Completing single-story work that has not been completed by the Lead Technician
• Following company procedures and maintaining quality standards on every job
• Working safely and efficiently on job sites
• Helping protect customer property and maintaining a clean work environment
• Ensuring all equipment and materials are collected from the job site
• Assisting with loading, organizing, and securing equipment back into the company vehicle at the end of each job
• Communicating with the Lead Technician regarding job progress, supplies, or equipment needs

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well with a team
• Professional attitude and good communication skills
• Must pass a background check
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and be well-groomed
• Must be comfortable working with high-end residential clients and providing a premium customer experience
• Must be comfortable working on a step stool and up to an 8-foot step ladder

We are looking for an additional Lead Technician to join our team.

Starting Pay: $18/hour
Performance-based yearly raises available

This position is for someone who is motivated, dependable, and ready to take on a leadership role. We are looking for someone who can help maintain a positive, productive work environment and take ownership of daily operations when management is away from the job site.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing yourself and crew members while working independently at job sites
• Ensuring customer and company standards are met on every project
• Maintaining a positive, productive, and professional work environment
• Ensuring company vehicles are stocked, organized, and ready for the day
• Completing equipment checklists and communicating supply or equipment shortages
• Collecting payment upon job completion when required
• Requesting customer reviews and capturing quality job photos after completion
• Performing ladder work on job sites

Requirements:

• Comfortable performing ladder work up to 28 feet
• Most ladder work will typically be in the 10–20 foot range
• Strong communication skills and professionalism with customers
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lead by example and take pride in quality workmanship
• Must pass a background check
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and be well-groomed
• Must be comfortable working with high-end residential clients and providing a premium customer experience

I started this journey in 2014 when I was 22 years old. Five years later, I started my own company, specializing in nearly every exterior service a home or business could need.
