Rachel checking in again, I am back from my hiatus. I had a very last minute opportunity to hike the Grand Canyon into Havasu Falls, so I took a few days to do something 5 times as taxing as work. I survived, I’ll leave it at that. 😅

Two other cleaning related things:

This is the vacuum that Karly and I LOVE. It is on sale 🥳. If you’re looking to upgrade, this is IT! While we don’t require that clients have their own vacuums, we definitely prefer and appreciate it because it cuts down on the transfer of germs and yuck (no matter how often we sanitize our vacuums)!

Lastly, a friendly reminder. We are coming up on the season of survival. It is almost harvest season for my brother and I. Please know that Karly and I will do our absolute best to keep your appointments as scheduled, but I will be a little MIA for a while and Karly is only one person. We take the schedule a day at a time, because as with anything farming- it can change in the blink of an eye. We appreciate all of the endless support. We truly have the most amazing clients. Karly here-

As some of you know, Dyllan recently left for deployment, which means for a while I’ll be wearing all the hats—business owner, scheduler, problem solver, mom, chauffeur, snack provider, bedtime expert, and everything in between.

I like to think I’m Superwoman most days, but the reality is that some days may look a little different than others. Life happens. Kids get sick. Schedules change. Unexpected challenges pop up. While our commitment to providing excellent service remains the same, I ask for a little extra patience and grace as I navigate this season.

Thankfully, I have an amazing business partner Rachel Knoll by my side. When we started this business together, neither of us realized her job description would eventually include therapist, pep-talk giver, and occasional voice of reason—but here we are. 🤪

Our team will continue working hard to keep your homes clean and cared for, and I’ll continue doing everything I can behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. If response times are a little slower or adjustments need to be made occasionally, please know how much your understanding means.

The support you’ve shown Naturally Neat has been incredible, and I truly cannot thank you enough. Your patience, encouragement, referrals, and loyalty mean the world to our family during this chapter.

BUSINESS UPDATES from yours truly (Rachel):

We’re on our last day 🤞, maybe second to last, of spraying. Scheduling will get a little easier after this!

Karly will be single momming it for a while and will be off all of next week to spend time with
family, so I will be flying solo and doing my best to get to everyone.

I’ve been having all sorts of issues with my phone- if you have reached out to me and I haven’t responded, PLEASE reach out again.

We are still adjusting to going from a 3 person team to a 2 person team. We’ve had to make a few schedule changes and are still working through our waitlist. THANK YOU for your support and patience.

YES- we love to know if/when you will be out of town. That allows us to change around our schedule to accommodate as many as we can, enjoy an afternoon off (I will come clean your house at 5am if it’s empty and you let me 🤣), or just move people around to make our day more efficient.

As always, team full transparency over here….
Business ownership is so hard. Type A to my core and it’s hard to navigate constant changes and my unpredictable farming schedule, but we are freakin doing it! I love all of our clients so so much and am just so thankful for the endless support.

And that’s a wrap (mostly) on planting season 2026. We have a few wet spots to fill in and some more spraying to do, but the majority is done. Now we watch it grow (and haul more grain) 🌽 🫘

Super proud of Kyle and I. Super thankful for my Dad and Burke. I can’t believe THIS is the life God chose me for. It’s not easy- the days are long and the work is hard, but what a blessing.

Working on getting caught up with cleaning and hoping schedules will resume to normal here soon. If you’ve reached out- I have not forgotten you, I promise. Thank you thank you thank you for your patience and understanding. HUGE thank you to Karly Rosenbaum and Chelsey Hoakison for holding down the fort. FRIENDLY REMINDER (and general info for those new here):

🤞 that planting season will officially start this week for me (Rachel), which means my schedule will operate one day at a time for a few weeks. Yep, they let me comeback for year number two as a farmHER.

Every nook, cranny, corner, & ledge gets touched. Most of the time, that dirt, dust, and build up has been accumulating for months (or years). It WILL take longer than 3 hours to clean it.
