And that’s a wrap (mostly) on planting season 2026. We have a few wet spots to fill in and some more spraying to do, but the majority is done. Now we watch it grow (and haul more grain) 🌽 🫘

Super proud of Kyle and I. Super thankful for my Dad and Burke. I can’t believe THIS is the life God chose me for. It’s not easy- the days are long and the work is hard, but what a blessing.

Working on getting caught up with cleaning and hoping schedules will resume to normal here soon. If you’ve reached out- I have not forgotten you, I promise. Thank you thank you thank you for your patience and understanding. HUGE thank you to Karly Rosenbaum and Chelsey Hoakison for holding down the fort. Brb while I sit in my feels in my car (instead of going into the gym) because I just feel like the luckiest girl in the world. 🖤

FRIENDLY REMINDER (and general info for those new here):

🤞 that planting season will officially start this week for me (Rachel), which means my schedule will operate one day at a time for a few weeks. Yep, they let me comeback for year number two as a farmHER.

We will do our absolute best to keep everyone scheduled as planned. Please be patient with us and help me monitor Karly Rosenbaum’s sanity 😅. Thank you all for being on this journey with us, our cups are full.

What we mean when we say things like “we can’t deep clean your entire house in a day,” or “it will get a little better each visit”

Every nook, cranny, corner, & ledge gets touched. Most of the time, that dirt, dust, and build up has been accumulating for months (or years). It WILL take longer than 3 hours to clean it.

Most of you know I (Karly) was actually a client of Rachel’s before jumping on board with Naturally Neat… and let me tell you—there’s ONE thing I wish she would’ve told me sooner 🙃👇

A detachable shower head is a GAME CHANGER.

Have you ever tried to clean a shower… without being in the shower?? 🤣
And somehow NOT take a shower in the process?? LOL

Not only does it make our jobs easier, but it seriously benefits our clients too. We’re able to:
✨ Rinse away buildup better
✨ Reach those awkward corners and ledges
✨ Get a deeper, more thorough clean

Sometimes it’s the simplest upgrades that make the biggest difference 🙌

Trust me—once you have one, you’ll never go back 😉

The part of entrepreneurship that’s not talked about enough- and we know how much I love and believe in full transparency

I think people think that when you work for yourself, you have endless amounts of flexibility. 😅 I also DO think that it is possible to grow your business to a point where you CAN have more flexibility… unless you’re me. I love my clients & the relationships we’ve built too much. I want to be hands on and involved. The mornings are early, the nights are late, and the days are long. This is often the view. We have 115 standing appts for March as of now. Thats alot of time and people management.

That’s not to brag, but to explain. Karly and I are constantly managing, changing, accommodating, and trying to make the schedule work for EVERYONE. Clients and cleaners. Life happens, schedules change and we always do our best to make it work. It’s a never ending job (sometimes thankless), quite honestly.

All that to say- if our responses are delayed (I’m the most guilty of this, Karly is great LOL), if we can’t accomodate last minute schedule changes, if we’re running a few minutes behind schedule, it’s not personal or on purpose. Life happens for all of us. We’re constantly learning, growing, and trying to do our best for our clients, ourselves, and our families. The amount of gratitude I feel is overwhelming. 🖤

THIS. This is why our business operates the way it does. We believe it is SO important to keep up with everything, for our sanity and our clients sanity.

Most people think a “deep clean” means scrubbing harder.

It doesn’t.

It means cleaning smarter.

As a cleaning pro of 10 years, the reason the homes I show rarely need massive overhauls isn’t because they don’t get lived in… it’s because I rotate detail work consistently.

Baseboards one visit.
Light fixtures another.
Cabinet fronts and edges.
Door frames.
Behind toilets.
Vents.
Under furniture.

Little by little, nothing gets neglected long enough to become overwhelming.

And here’s the part most people miss:
Maintenance prevents burnout.

Whether you’re a homeowner or a cleaner, if you wait until everything is “bad enough,” you’ll always feel behind.
