There is so much new technology out there right now. Pentair has a new product called chem check. This device when installed in your filtration system can send your pool chemistry direct to your phone to alert you when you need to add chems and give you reports on your water balance.

45 years of being a C53- Pool Contractor, I’ve never been faced with more challenges than I am right now.
Trying to get get permits. Supply houses are way down on inventory.
Prices have almost doubled on product. I’m locked in a contract with my customers.
I have never knocked on their door and asked for more money because of circumstances that were beyond my control.
Be careful before you sign a contract.
Lots of desperados out there that cannot get your job done.
My advise to you. Get refi now. Wait until early 2022. Then call me. We will get your pool job done for summer
