Just like the CIA which is the best in the U.S.; I'm also making my patisserie best!! This is a fine patisserie coming from a lofty dream and ideal of a pastry chef from CIA- The Culinary Institute of America. During about 2 years acaemic and practical learning and 5 months extership, she learned a lot, from mopping the floor, cleaning the whole kitchen to making the brilliant desserts. Food safe

ty class taught her making food for people is what a important and careful thing. In design class, she used her imagination for her menu design and store concept. In gastronomy class, the first time she found that there's a kind of "FOOD history," and it's interesting. Product knowledge class taught her understanding ingredients is also one of the important job of a chef; a lot of fruits or vegetables the professor introduced never seen in her whole life. She even had a restaurant law class. What a consummate culinary school!! That's the reason she chose the best school. Now she came back to this land-Taiwan, full of gastronomes. She is challenging herself to create the best, healthiest, and super delicious desserts, sweets and baked goodies for people. The best quality comes from using the best ingredients, no other ways. The wonderful flavor creating from the freshest and high level ingredients cannot be imitated easily. She pursues the real nature flavor only coming from the ingredient itself, never use any preservatives and additives. Putting more cost on the ingredients and the most effort on her business!!

French Style Apple Tart 傳統法式蘋果塔

“甜美之中帶著些許令人發麻的酸味”這才是正統的蘋果塔.
法國伊思妮奶油製作的塔皮+濃濃香草香顆顆香草子的杏仁餡+100%蘋果製作的Granny Smith蘋果餡+一片片拼湊出的蘋果花
塔皮的一口咬下立刻散開的奶香酥脆感,杏仁餡的濃郁,蘋果餡點綴其中的豐厚滋味,每一樣都有著強烈的主張個性,但是卻在這個蘋果塔中發揮了最大極致!
法式甜點的纖細,絕非只能微微感受到的微妙香氣,也不是只有柔軟的口感,當然也和淡薄的風味截然不同,而是個性強烈的要素集合在一個甜點中的平衡感!
建議食用溫度:15~20度,室溫下享用最佳
使用美國granny smith青蘋果製作蘋果餡,完全不用澱粉使其定型,僅用蘋果自有的果膠使其膠化,須持續燉煮兩小時以上而以製成,加上法國櫻桃白蘭地勾出蘋果的香氣.
杏仁餡全程使用Isigny奶油,使用低脂優格替代鮮奶油,降低油脂的攝取卻不失美味!
昂貴美國杏仁粉大量使用替代澱粉.
一般塔或派來說熱量都高的嚇人,這個apple tart僅有塔皮奶油含量較高,蘋果餡及杏仁餡皆為無澱粉的餡料!滿滿的纖維及含有單元不飽和脂肪酸的堅果,美味又兼顧健康.

請注意!!!!還沒消息的人你們已經被通緝了!!快快告訴我母親節蛋糕所要寄的地址還有日期!要不然就寄給屈原好了,反正端午節也快到了~哈
對了!因為可能母親節時段宅急便較忙,運送過程可能不是很注意,已經有人反應給我蛋糕被送壞了......我真的很無奈~所以5/12星期六本人會去台北幫你們這些VIP送蛋糕,如果是台北的也有空建議採取此方案喔!還是想要用寄的人也是ok啦~我會再三提醒宅配好好的送的!(但我怎麼覺得他不會理我...........==)

對了,順便跟我說一下到貨的日期!寄宅配的話可以全程冷藏保持新鮮,想要面交的人我5/12可到台北會面,但蛋糕在運送過程就無法冷藏了,建議拿到蛋糕後立刻回家冰起來!慕司蛋糕最怕熱了喔~時間地點等候再通知.
