Our valued partners are often asking if the construction of the Residences is completed. For those, who does not have time to drive to Layan, the answer is - all the buildings are up and ready to move in.
Meanwhile, unexpectedly and quietly, it has been 3 years from the moment, when the first works began on a vacant sea-view land plot. Honestly, wandering through the turned soil, between the stumps of plastic pipes and stretched ropes, indicating the location of buildings, it was hard to believe that very soon there would be luxury apartments with private infinity pools and panoramic sea views.
Thank all of you, who knew, believed and supported us. We really appreciate it!

Наши дорогие партнеры часто спрашивают, закончено ли строительство Резиденций. Для тех, кто не может выкроить время доехать до Лаяна, отвечаем - все здания построены и готовы ко вселению.
А между тем, неожиданно и незаметно прошло 3 года с того момента, как на пустыре с видом на море начались первые работы. Честно говоря, блуждая по вывороченному грунту, между огрызков пластиковых труб и натянутых между ними веревочек, обозначающих расположение зданий, мало верилось, что совсем скоро здесь будут шикарные квартиры с личным бассейном и панорамным видом на море.
Спасибо всем, кто знал, верил и поддерживал. Мы очень это ценим!

With the rain season started, we had to slow down all the works.
Nevertheless, the project is closer and closer to the completion.
The last building has been getting all the exterior works finished.

C резким приходом сезона дождей, нам пришлось свернуть основную массу отделочных работ.
Даже несмотря на это, проект совсем близок к завершению.
Последнее здание из трех находится в последней стадии отделки экстерьера.

2,5 weeks passed since the last update.
At first sight nothing has changed dramatically. Nevertheless, a
grey concrete has been replacing rusty soil, making the final Residences outlines more and more visible.
Tired and busy, but happy and quite satisfied with interim results!

2.5 недели прошло с момента публикации последнего отчета.
На первый взгляд, ничего, особенно, не изменилось.
Серый бетон сменяет ржавую почву, делая очертания Резиденций все более и более понятными.
Уставшие и вечно занятые, но счастливые и вполне удовлетворенные промежуточными итогами :)
