مقدمة عن المؤسسة
1. التأسيس: تم تأسيس المؤسسة عام 1985م ومقرها الرئيسي في مدينة دمشق, وكانت أعمالها الابتدائية مركزة على أعمال إنشاء العقارات واستثمارها.
2. تطور الكادر والخبرات مع الزمن:
تم الانتساب لنقابة المقاولين وغرفة تجارة دمشق عام 1985م واستمر التخصص لعدة سنوات في مجال بناء وتجارة العقارات حتى عام 1990م حيث بدأت المؤسسة بتنفيذ مجموعة مشاريع مختلفة مع مؤسسات الدولة السورية وبمجالات متنوعة (م
شاريع الصرف الصحي – مياه الشرب – أرصفة وتزفييت – أعمال بناء متنوعة بما فيها الصوامع – أعمال عزل السطح والجدران والأرضيات).
3. مع بداية عام 2000م توسعت أعمال المؤسسة لتنفيذ مشاريع ذات أهمية خاصة وبميزانيات كبيرة مع محافظة دمشق – الشركة العامة للصرف الصحي – المؤسسة العامة لمياه الشرب والصرف الصحي بدمشق وريفها – وزارة الإسكان – المؤسسة العامة للإسكان – جمعية الولاء السكنية – وزارة رئاسة شؤون الجمهورية – الشركة المتحدة للاسمنت – المؤسسة العامة للكهرباء – المؤسسة العامة للهاتف.
ومن أهم هذه المشاريع:
1 – تنفيذ مجموعة مشاريع استبدال شبكة الصرف الصحي في مدينة دمشق والمبرمة مع محافظة دمشق والشركة العامة للصرف الصحي.
2 – استبدال جزء من شبكة مياه الشرب في مدينتي دمشق القديمة والحديثة.
3 – تطوير وتوسعة شبكة الصرف الصحي لمدينة دير الزور.
4 – تنفيذ العزل المائي والحراري لأسطح قصر الشعب في دمشق.
5 - تنفيذ عدة أبنية برجية وطابقية للمؤسسة العامة للإسكان وجمعية الولاء السكنية.
6 – تنفيذ مجموعة أبنية في السكن العمالي في مدينة البعث التابعة للقنيطرة.
7 - تنفيذ مشروع البنى التحتية كاملة لتنظيم كفرسوسة والمبرم مع محافظة دمشق.
8 – تنفيذ شبكات الشرب لعدة مدن وقرى.
9 – تم تنفيذ عدة مشاريع تجهيز وربط آبار مع خطوط جر مع صالات تحكم في عدة مواقع في مدينة دمشق وريفها.
10 – تنفيذ عدة مشاريع لتجهيز خزانات مياه بما فيها (الموقع العام – أعمال العزل للخزانات – أعمال الربط بالشبكة العامة). Salam Establishment: Established on1985 , the headquartered is in Damascus, at first we focused on the construction and investment of real estate.
2. Development of staff and experience with time:
The Association of Contractors Syndicate and Damascus Chamber of Commerce was established in 1985, continued for several years in the field of building and trading real estate until 1990, where the establishment started implementing a series of different projects with Syrian state institutions in various fields (sewage projects, drinking water, sidewalks, Silos, works of insulation of the surfaces - walls and floors).
3. At the beginning of 2000, the Establishment's activities expanded to implement projects of special importance and large budgets with the Governorate of Damascus - General Sewerage Company - General Organization for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Damascus and its villages - Ministry of Housing - General Housing Establishment - United Cement Company - General Electricity Corporation - General Establishment for communications. The most important of these projects:
1 - Implementation of a series of sewage network replacement projects in Damascus. These contracts had been signed with Damascus Governorate and the Public Sewerage Company.
2 - Replacement part of the drinking water network in old Damascus city and New Damascus city.
3 - Development and expansion of sewerage network in Deir
Al–Zour city.
4 - Implementation of water and thermal insulation of the roofs of the People's Palace in Damascus.
5 - Implementation of several tower and floor buildings for the General Organization for Housing and ALWALA'A Housing Association Mashrou3 Dommer.
6 - Implementation of a group of buildings in the labor housing in Al Baath city - Quneitra.
7 - Implementation of the entire infrastructure project for the organization of Kafersosa and the contract had been signed with Damascus Governorate.
8 - Implementation of drinking networks for several cities and villages.
9 - Several projects have been implemented to Prepare and connect wells with tow lines with control halls in several locations in the city of Damascus and its countryside.
10 - Implementation of several projects for to Prepare water tanks, including (the general site - works of insulation tanks - work connecting to the public network).
