Payment must be done within 2 days to confirm the order. We will not be held responsible for lost parcels/damaged items should you not opt for registered mail, thus we recommend REGISTERED MAIL (+SGD$5) to ensure that parcels arrive safely. *by TA-Q-Bin courier services

ree registered mail is offered for purchases over SGD$100 in a single order.
3. Self collection option is available at Sembawang MRT only.
4. Items sold are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable, unless the item is defective.
5. Kindly enclose a picture of defect via email immediately to [email protected]. For items that are deemed defective, we will exchange for the same item if it is still in stock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock.
6. There will be no exchange/return of apparel after wash.
